The Hadar Homes Grandeur range is our most premium range of floorplans and inclusions outside our Custom Designs. All our Prestige homes are designed for spacious family living without the need for a massive block of land. Whether for a couple who want to entertain and have guests to a family with small kids, our Prestige homes and superior inclusions allow that balance of luxury living at a reasonable price.

The Hadar Homes Access range was particularly created for those customers who still want to reliability and assurance of a high quality builder but may have to work to a tighter budget. You can have a comfortable, contemporary new home built to our high quality standards but at a more affordable price point. There’s no need to compromise on rooms as the Access range allows up to four bedrooms and many of our plans also include an additional rumpus or communal living space. For cost effective modern living solutions, our Access range is perfect.
